Meet
The Broker.
Calm enough to coordinate, connected enough to deliver, and smart enough to stay invisible. Every door on the coast opens through them.

Trust Requirement
The Broker does not work with strangers. Players below Trust threshold 30 have access to introductory operations only. Full network access requires a maintained Trust score and a clean transaction record.
Who Is
The Broker?
Sourced from available intelligence. Gaps are intentional.
There have always been intermediaries here — people who sit between those who need something done and those who can do it. The Broker is the current version of that role, and the most patient one yet.
Nobody knows who The Broker actually is. Several people think they do. They are all wrong.
The Broker takes no side. Loyalty narrows the client list and makes enemies where there should only be transactions.
Every job carries a margin. Not tribute — access. Contacts and intelligence cost something, and you pay for them in trust and performance.
The Broker does not offer safety. That is your department. What is offered is access, and it moves with your record. It is not personal.
Operational Roles
What The Broker Does
Not one function. A layer that sits over everything you are allowed to reach.
Handler
Your first contact. Your last resort. Routes all active operations through a single, encrypted channel.
Fixer
Has a contact for everything. Forged credentials, heat suppression, post-op cleanup — all routed through the network.
Strategist
Reads risk before you do. Operation briefs, route assessments, crew recommendations — all pre-filtered for efficiency.
Gatekeeper
Controls access to Tier III and above operations. No Trust threshold — no access. That isn't personal. That's the system.
Network Broker
Sits at the intersection of every faction, district, and deal in Sable Coast — without belonging to any of them.
Operator
Monitors every active operation in real time. Response time: immediate. Emotional investment in your outcome: none.
— Direct from The Broker —
"You want to work in this city, you need access. You want access, you need Trust. You want Trust, you need a record worth reading. I don't care about your ambitions. I care about your numbers. Show me the numbers and I'll show you what's available."
