Six controlled directions for the Sable Coast visual identity — exploring wordmark, emblem, monogram, crest, neon, and hero lockup forms. Plus favicon concepts, a Discord avatar, and the card-stamp vocabulary.
Wordmark Only
Pure typographic mark. DM Serif Display carries prestige and drama. Rajdhani below with wide tracking adds precision and game-like energy. The gold rule is the only structural element — it acts as the coastal waterline.
Horizontal Lockup
The standard application logo — website nav, Discord banner, documentation headers. The 8-point star reads as both a prestige award mark and a compass rose. The hairline divider creates clear typographic structure.
SC Monogram
Geometric interlocked letterforms built on arcs. The S flows from upper bowl to lower through a shared diagonal spine. The C wraps the right field. Stroke-only for maximum scalability — reads at 16px and on a billboard.
Crest / Seal
Circular badge format for Discord server icons, profile stamps, wax seals, and collectible card emblems. Arc text on both rings. Micro wave pattern at the inner field base. Works in any size that a circle can occupy.
Neon Sign
Tube-glass letterform aesthetic. SABLE in cyan neon (DM Serif Display outline, 2.5px stroke + layered glow). Connector tube between the words in magenta. Mounting bolts on the backing plate. A slow flicker animates the connector.
Hero Stacked — Definitive
The main-stage version. Emblem centred above wordmark with generous breathing room. Inner ring at the valley radius adds a second detail level. Horizon bar with inset cap ticks. This is the hero section and card background logo.
The SC Star — Construction Logic
8-Point Star, Alternating Radii
4 primary arms at N/E/S/W (radius 44) and 4 secondary arms at the diagonals (radius 30). This asymmetry breaks the static regularity of a standard octagram and creates tension between the cardinal and diagonal axes.
Horizon Line
A hairline bisects the star at its equator — east tip to west tip. This is the coastal waterline: everything above is sky and city, everything below is coast and sea. One element, maximum meaning.
Valley Radius 19
The inner valleys between points sit at radius 19 — not 50% of the outer, which would be too open, nor too tight, which would look crowded. At 19/44 ≈ 43% it reads as a solid star without over-filling.
Stroke Only at Use Scale
The mark is defined in outline, not fill. This means it works on dark and light grounds without inversion artifacts, and remains legible at 16px favicon size where fills collapse into blobs.
SMALL APPLICATIONS
Favicon & Icon Concepts
Four distinct icon approaches shown at display size. Each is designed to remain legible at 16px — the favicon scale floor. Shown at 80px for evaluation.
Star Outline
Gold star on deep navy. The primary mark reduced. Clean at 16px.
SC Lettermark
DM Serif SC inside a ruled square. Gold rule below the letters.
Solid Star
Filled gradient star with horizon cut. Maximum pop at small sizes.
Diamond Cross
Double-diamond form. Reads as both a star and a precision mark.
Discord Server Icon / Social Avatar
Circular crop with radial grid background — reads as a cohesive icon in Discord's compact server list. Cropped gold lines and the central star provide strong visual hierarchy at 48px Discord column size.

Card & Report Stamps
Emblem vocabulary used on player passports, heist reports, vehicle cards, and empire documents. Each stamp carries semantic color: gold for identity, cyan for operational, magenta for The Broker.
